Available online or in-person, this comprehensive consultation is the foundation of your personalized health and wellness journey. The process begins before your scheduled appointment:
You will complete detailed health questionnaires, submit any recent lab work, imaging, and relevant records. You will also get lab work done at LabCorp (this is included in your consult fee — that’s right no surprise bills).
Your provider will thoroughly review your responses, health goals, medications and supplements, family and personal history, records, and recent labs.
During the consultation, we'll discuss your concerns in depth, go over clinical findings, and work together to build a personalized plan that supports your wellness, hormone balance, healthy weight, review preventative care and long-term vitality

Your follow-up visit is designed to check in on your progress, review lab results (if applicable), and adjust your treatment plan as needed. We’ll discuss how you’re feeling, answer any questions, and make sure your care is moving you closer to your goals. This is also a great time to fine-tune your medication, nutrition, lifestyle, or aesthetic treatments for the best results.

For patients who want to stay consistent with their care, we offer a two-visit follow-up package. By purchasing in advance, you not only save money but also ensure your next appointments are already secured. This package is perfect for staying on track with treatment adjustments, reviewing labs, and making sure your progress is supported every step of the way.

Treatments are typically repeated every 3–4 months for best results, or, quite frankly, whatever feels best for you.
Note: A deposit is required to secure your appointment. It will be applied toward your treatment or product purchase. Deposits are refundable if you cancel in advance or do not receive treatment. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit.
