This comprehensive consultation is the foundation of your personalized health and wellness journey. The process begins before your scheduled appointment:
You will complete detailed health questionnaires, submit any recent lab work, imaging, and relevant records.
Your provider will thoroughly review your responses, health goals, medications and supplements, family and personal history, records, and recent labs prior to your visit.
During the consultation, we'll discuss your concerns in depth, go over clinical findings, and work together to build a personalized plan that supports your wellness, hormone balance, healthy weight, review preventative care and long-term vitality and order labs needed and create a follow up plan.

New Patient Consultation
Your follow-up visit is designed to check in on your progress, review lab results (if applicable), and adjust your treatment plan as needed. We’ll discuss how you’re feeling, answer any questions, and make sure your care is moving you closer to your goals. This is also a great time to fine-tune your medication, nutrition, lifestyle and supplements.
* If it has been more than 12 months since your last visit, you will need to book for a ‘new patient visit’ to allow for more review/ & time as needed.
