Hi, I'm Rebecca. I'm happiest when I'm moving — usually on a long walk or a fitness class. I'm a firm believer that a good wine and cheese night counts as self-care, and I'm always chasing some kind of creative project, whether that's flowers, design, or something I've never tried before. I like learning new things, making things beautiful, and slowing down enough to enjoy both.

I started Forma for people who wanted something different than the traditional medspa experience.
