About Rebecca
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me going on long walks, trying a new fitness class, or exploring the outdoors. I also love wine and cheese nights, discovering new restaurants, and anything creative or artsy
A note from our founder
I started Forma for people who wanted something different than the traditional medspa experience.
A place where you feel welcomed, heard, and supported. Where treatments are personalized, education comes first, and the goal is to help you feel like the best version of yourself, not someone else.
As someone who has struggled with weight myself, I understand how deeply our health, confidence, and self-image can impact every part of life. I also know that true confidence goes beyond aesthetics. It's about feeling good in your skin, having energy, feeling strong, and showing up as your best self.
Forma was created to bring together wellness, weight health, skin health, and aesthetic medicine in a way that feels approachable, personalized, and focused on natural results. Whether you're looking to refresh your appearance, improve your skin, support your wellness goals, or invest in yourself for the first time, I'm here to guide you every step of the way.
Welcome to Forma—this is modern health, shaped for you.
Warmly,
