The goal is not to remove all movement. Your treatment is customized to soften lines while maintaining natural facial expression. The amount of movement you retain will depend on your anatomy, muscle strength, dosing, and personal preferences.

Results typically last about three to four months. The product gradually wears off over time, so facial movement and lines slowly return rather than changing all at once. Longevity varies based on the treatment area, dose, muscle strength, metabolism, and how consistently you receive treatment.

You may begin noticing changes within three to five days. Full results are typically evaluated around 10 to 14 days after treatment.

There is little to no required downtime. Most patients return to their normal day immediately, although you should avoid strenuous exercise, excessive heat, and rubbing or massaging the treated areas for the remainder of the day.

In many cases, yes. Your visit will begin with a consultation to review your goals, medical history, facial movement, and recommended treatment plan. Treatment may be completed during the same appointment when appropriate.

You may notice small raised bumps, mild redness, tenderness, or pinpoint bruising at the injection sites. These usually improve within several minutes to a few hours. It is normal not to see an immediate change because Dysport takes several days to begin relaxing the treated muscles.
